ALL IS WELL: what I’m thinking… Projects can be challenging. Trying to figure out how you can get everything done while meeting goals and timelines is frustrating.  And if you’re like me the first thing you focus on is the deadline and then how to get to everything fit around it. Anyone would be flustered. It’s basically challenging yourself to fail. And we don’t want to do that. Clear that mindset! Let’s take another look at that list of goals and timelines. What do you need to accomplish first, what can be done while you’re working on something else? I’m a big fan of excel sheets for tracking big projects, writing daily to-do lists. What also works for me; checking off what I completed and moving the rest to another list. And you  don’t have to do things alone, you can reach out and ask for help. You can talk about it with a friend. The moment you  look at your projects as manageable they’re less scary and your confidence will go up. You’re stronger than you give yourself credit for. You’ve got this!
