I second your opinions by adding some few factors we should consider so to serve mother earth and whole biodiversity/Ecology system. As independent Environs advocate and climate change activist i recommend to minimal usage of fossil fuels, lithium batteries, chemical fishing, big construction projects like all mega projects of JNHP, Terminal three, roads, network cables in tunnels, to reduce use of papers and shift to internet that is supported by Starlink and not cables, introducing systems that function in mult tasks like, generating, feeding and submitting without printing hardcopies. Why suggesting all these? will reduce carbon emission and our Ozone shall be safe, protecting ecosystem reduces cultural calamities like floods, drought, famine, floods and plagues. We should be very clear on how to follow ways that will help us to make earth e better place to live again.
Tunza mazingira yako, tunza shamba lako!

Today, the Tanzanian Parliament will hear the 2024/2025 Finance Budget pitch, which is expected to outline several key priorities and significant spending increases. The proposed budget for the fiscal year 2024/2025 is projected to be around TZS 49.346 trillion, an 11.2% increase from the current budget. Key areas of focus include: 1.Debt Servicing and Civil Servants’ Salaries: A considerable portion of the budget will be allocated to servicing government debt and paying civil servants' salaries. 2.Elections Preparation: Funds will be set aside for local government elections in 2024 and preparations for the 2025 General Election. 3.Infrastructure Development: Ongoing projects such as the standard gauge railway, expansion of the Air Tanzania fleet, and the Julius Nyerere Hydropower Project will receive continued funding. New stadiums will also be constructed and existing ones upgraded in preparation for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations, which Tanzania will co-host. 4.Education and Health: The budget will include funds for primary and secondary education without fees and loans for students in tertiary and higher education. Additionally, the government plans to strengthen medical services and infrastructure. 5.Economic Growth and Poverty Reduction: The budget aims to stimulate inclusive economic growth, reduce poverty, generate jobs, and promote prosperity for all. The government targets to accelerate GDP growth to 5.4% and maintain inflation between 3-7% (The Citizen). 6.Domestic Revenue Collection: A significant portion of the budget will be financed by domestic revenue, which is projected to increase by 10% in 2024/2025. Efforts will be intensified to improve domestic revenue collection through the Tanzania Revenue Authority. This comprehensive budget reflects Tanzania’s strategic priorities for development and economic stability in the upcoming fiscal year. #budget #FinanceBill #Parliment #DomesticGrowth #MinistryOFfinance #TanzaniaEconomy #Ministeroffinance #budget20242025 #election

You speak with such conviction just utter nonsense. There's no truth to what you are saying, if by any chance the ANC looses the election, a new government can change that policy. Hence organisation's like the DA are campaigning on ending AA, BEE, and all other policies that were put in place by the ANC government. That's why political parties campaign to be able to change what they see as not working, as you know our country is on a tight budget, and the economy is not growing. Where do you think the first budget cuts will come from? NSFAS, GRANTS, JOBS, to name just a few. Sugezela abantu apha ngobuxoki.
amaGrants angeke aphele iANC mayingasaphathi kuhulumeni. Ningakhohliswa abaholi benu.

SEEKING AN OPPORTUNITY. (Formerly Operator TCP, Halliburton. Senior Manager Operations, Hitkari & Swaraj Enterprises)
"Alfaaz beshak tumhare the, kahaani magar hamari thi..." Nand Ghar... A dream that resonates the masses. When a person with a big dream shares it with others, it can catch on and become everyone's dream for several exciting reasons. Imagine someone so passionate and confident about their dream that their excitement is contagious. Their energy makes you believe in their vision and want to be a part of it. If the dream speaks to things you care about or experiences you've had, it feels personal. It's like someone putting into words exactly what you've been feeling or hoping for. Great storytellers can turn dreams into vivid tales that stir your emotions. They help you see a better future and make you want to help create it. When you see others getting on board with a dream, it feels more real and achievable. You think, "If they believe in this, maybe I should too!" This snowball effect makes the dream grow even bigger. Especially when times are tough, a dream promising hope and positive change can be incredibly powerful. It gives you something to look forward to and work towards. With the internet and social media, dreams can spread like wildfire. When you see a dream being talked about everywhere, it's hard not to get curious and join in. Joining a big dream gives you a sense of belonging to something larger than yourself. It feels good to be part of a community working towards an exciting goal. In short, a dream can quickly become everyone's dream because it resonates with people's hearts, spreads through inspiring stories and social networks, and gives them hope and a sense of purpose.
