STOP (!!!) letting company execs decide your value. If you're a top performer who expects the best from themselves + others, nothing's more demotivating than being told your contributions aren't enough. - You've saved us millions of £$€... - Yes, you're doing 5 jobs without adequate resources... - We wouldn't be here today without your years of service... ...but it's still not enough / we expect more / you're not performing. 💡 At my career low, I came across an analogy that'll always stay with me: A water bottle at the grocery store is worth £1, but at the airport, the same water bottle costs £5. There's no difference in the brand or water itself; it's simply valued differently depending on where it's at. The same goes for employees. Where you're at might not see your value, but plenty of other employers will. And sometimes, we even end up creating that place for ourselves. In my case, I'm building keshty 🚢 (this week, by the Mediterranean Sea - apt). But for the last decade, I let company execs determine my value. The highs were definitely high, AND they'd turn sour just as quickly. After all, we're *actively* subscribing to volatility + disappointment when we let others determine our value. It's time to cut the 💩 and set our own value now. ♻ TLDR: If you're feeling like a £1 water bottle, perhaps it's time to look past the grocery store and consider the airport. Today, the only people who can value-rank me are me (CEO perks 😎) and the *amazing* clients I work with. PS: Anyone know the original owner of the water bottle analogy? 👀 🚢 🙋🏻♀️ Hi! Over the last 4 years, employees been offered to buy voting shares in our company. During that time the value of the shares has increased significantly. It has been rewarding to see employees increase their involvement and to think and act as shareholders when making business decisions. I'm proud of the whole team. They are constantly growing and take on more ownership and responsibility. This is our greatest achievement. #shareownership #employeeownership
🌟 Proud Moment Alert 🌟 We are thrilled to announce that 85% of our workforce are shareholders! 🚀 This milestone is a testament to our commitment to fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration. ❤️Hello,July❤️ CARKE-TECH is a company with an unusual experience. It was founded in the most difficult year of 2020. It started with only a small office and two founders, and survived for two years with a common ideal. 2022 is the most difficult year for the company. After COVID-19, our partners have reduced cooperation or even stopped cooperation. Our retail business is also facing a sharp decline because our consumers are not satisfied with our prices. At the end of 2022, it even faced bankruptcy. In 2023, we adjusted the company's strategy and adjusted the company's business from simple product sales to providing vehicle remote monitoring management solutions and product services, and took the former as the main development direction in the future, because we understand that the future world is the era of smart vehicles. After two years of transition, we have achieved some achievements. But we know better that the challenges we face have just begun. A growing company must be full of wounds, because it needs to try and fail step by step, and in the process find the right direction and path for its development. We understand the doubts and distrust of our partners and consumers, and we are willing to tolerate and accept the doubts and distrust from you. We are not worried, let alone afraid, so that we can become better and grow into a company that everyone is satisfied with. In our story, we are strong, reliable, and trustworthy. In your story, we will always be your partner to accompany you through the difficult times. We fully believe that in the future, our cooperation will be the most pleasant and mutually beneficial.

Social Impact Strategist | Executive Coach for Leadership Development | My mission is to support mission-driven organizations, develop dynamic leaders, and advocate for workers' well-being...
You may not like the way Alex Hormozi said it, but essentially he saying... "Find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life." --Confucius Dr. Myles Munroe said it a bit differently: -Your job is what you are trained to do; your work is what you are born to do! -Your job is your career; your work is your life's assignment. -Your job is your skill; your work is your gift. -Don't strive for employment, use your God-given gifts for deployment. No matter how you say it--find meaningful work that deposits currency beyond bank account. Find your assignment in life and you'll never work a day in your life. Everyday will feel like a weekend! If this resonates with you, follow me and share with your network...
Day Job: I invest and scale companies at Acquisition.com | Co-Owner, Skool.com Side Hustle: I make free content showing how we do it ⬇️
You don’t “need” a weekend. What you need is: Work you don’t need a weekend from. The "weekend" concept is barely 100 years old. It’s a modern invention. What you really need is work you don’t need a weekend from. You’d be amazed how much faster you get to your goals when you don’t go backward 104 days per year. #weekend #weekendwork #goals #acquisition #hormozi #alexhormozi

There she was, just going through the motions, and then – BAM! – it hit her like a lightning bolt. We're not just clocking hours here; we're handing over a full-blown system, a blueprint for folks to take and run with in their own ventures. But what really flipped the switch for her? she had this moment, this deep dive into her thoughts, and it all became crystal clear. she realized she was stuck in this endless loop, like a hamster on a wheel, but didn't want to admit it. The real game-changer? Opening up to change, embracing the shift. That's when the whole picture, the whole system, came into focus, and I thought, 'Wow, this is what it's all about.' It was like she was seeing the matrix for the first time, and everything just made sense. #businessconsulting #consultinglife #managementconsulting #consultingservices #socialmediaconsulting #hrconsulting #itconsulting #consultingagency #marketingconsulting #smallbusinessconsulting #strategyconsulting #consultingbusiness #businessgrowthstrategy #smallbusinessgrowth #businessgrowthtips #businessgrowthexpert #growthbusiness #growthebusiness #businesssgrowth

In my role I get to see all the things that founders do right and wrong. I’m honestly blown away by some of the true “beauty in business” that I’ve seen with our founders that we are blessed to call clients. I want to tell you about 3 of them to start.. and for confidentiality purposes I’ve renamed them. Chad - This guy is a true leader at his core. His ability to coral his team for greatness for almost decades is incredible. The loyalty he creates is because of his curiosity, flexibility, trust, team cohesion via fostering an environment that legit sweats fun. A culture that breeds “play hard” like no others that I’ve seen. A culture of inclusion. This founder celebrates his own team successes but also is selfless enough to understand that I run a business too and have my own challenges. We listen to each other, we try new things, we wrestle and challenge and prune, and laugh like crazy usually. We respect each other and we respect the outcome of every up and and down and turn we take. Mostly ups though ❤️. And the proof is in the pudding for the business; we have been on a fast roller coaster of wild and fun and crazy growth. Toby - I have watched this founder work night and day through some of the hardest challenges in all of my CPG history. Unfathomable and gaspabley terrible headwinds. And have come up out of the ashes stronger than ever. With insane once in a lifetime opportunities because of his prioritization to do what’s right and what’s hard for the shopper, the retailer, and his team. This man has rallied his team through absolute destruction and it’s worthy of tears how beautiful the outcome is 🌈. This founder met me through a spontaneous family connection and we haven’t looked back since. Instant trust, instant connection, mixed with passion fun and a lot of necessary virtual hugs! A journey of once in a lifetime opportunity because of trust and integrity. Love this dude and everything he and his company and his team stand for. Some of the best humans on the planet. Julie A true heroine in business in my mind because of her listening, patience and trust. This woman since the moment we proved ourselves in a consulting evaluation, trusted me and my team despite her experience with brokers at Walmart. Shes listened and directed her team to follow I believe every direction we have given her and because of that have experienced 77 weeks of growth week over week. She’s put so much trust and faith in our leadership despite some serious uncontrollable retailer challenges. It’s been a two year patience journey and we will have minimum 5X growth this fall. Love her and her team despite my introductary awkward hugs 🫣and the uncontrollable 150mph headwinds that we navigated together. This as well as the fact that she’s a legit icon for diversity and women in business. These are the things you need to be successful as a founder selling products at Walmart. Trust Flexibility Patience Listening Grit
