We asked James Green, our Regional Director, what some of the biggest challenges he has faced in his career are. One stood out to us. James Green’s career has always carried an extra layer of expectation. As the son of Nigel Green, founder and CEO of deVere, success and failure often came with assumptions: “It was always assumed – if I did well, it was because of him. If I didn’t, I wasn’t good enough.” James epitomises the deVere ethos.
