Financial Advisor & Director of Business Development, Centennial Wealth Management

Friends! For better or worse I have taken on a new project. I'll be handling the social practice for the team here at Centennial Wealth Management. We'll be active here on LinkedIn as well as on Facebook, so I was wondering: What are your tips, tricks, and best practices for team pages? #AccordingToAnna #SocialMedia

Julie Enez from Beyond Paralegals creates some great posts. She's the person I'd recommend you getting tips from. 😁

I actually just got access to my company page yesterday! We’ll go on this journey together🙌🏻

Give it a little personality (don’t make it too corporate sounding). Offer value (it’s not just a commercial, it’s about building trust). Highlight the people (people do business with people)

If you don't know/follow Michelle J Raymond, remedy that immediately, she's the go to guru for company pages. But also, ew. That does not sound like fun haha

My best tip is to remember that you're in charge of managing the team page! (says the girl who always forgets that she's in charge of hers - both for her 9-5 and for her own thing...🤦♀️)

I staff, therefore I am... busy, on edge, and ready for the next monkey wrench.

Congrats!!! Definitely get everyone involved. Encourage the entire team to join in and share. It’s way more fun that way - for your team and for your followers!
