Remote HCP Engagement (RHE) is a great way to interact with and inform HCPs via phone or video calls. It can be extremely useful in #RareDisease projects. A typical case: Your small internal MSL or sales team focuses on experts in treatment centers, but you want to reach out to potential referrers, raise #diseaseawareness or identify undiagnosed patients. RHE allows you to reach larger target groups in a comparatively small amount of time. A trained eRep or eMSL is much more than just an ordinary “call center agent” – they are qualified Reps/MSLs with a special training on remote communication, delivering high quality HCP interaction. How do you make sure you get the best results from your RHE provider? 👉 Clearly define your project objectives. What exactly do you want to achieve? A clear briefing is a must. 👉 What exactly should your RHE team find out or communicate? – Focus on a maximum of 3 important facts or questions. 👉 Is it more important for your specific project to get quick results or to have HCP contacts over a longer period of time? – This will impact the team size that is trained for you by your vendor. 👉 Never forget the HCP’s front office staff or nurses. They are important gate keepers. Always have a call guidance ready specifically for them, even if they are not your primary targets. 👉 Get aligned with your vendor on transparent KPIs. For example, let them explain to you how the Average Handling Time changes depending on the project phase or which percentage of HCPs will realistically be reached. 👉 Have a plan what to do with the results. Will your MSL or sales team be able to handle any follow up visits? 👉 Stay in touch. Get to know “your” RHE team. Listen in to exemplary talks. Make sure “your” team knows you and your project objectives. Want to learn more? Drop us a line or contact Ramona Henkel at The Healthonauts. #RemoteEngagement #HCPs #omnichannel #healthcare

Medical group staff positions are not usually associated with remote or hybrid hires, but 23% of medical group owners surveyed by MGMA said they plan to add more remote or hybrid roles this year. According to MGMA, "Embracing remote and hybrid roles is also a means to cast a wider net for talent, addressing the competitive labor market and national shortages for certain roles that are extremely difficult to fill locally." Such roles may include: ✅ Revenue cycle management positions (coding, billing, insurance verification and authorizations) ✅ Surgery and patient schedulers or call center representatives ✅ Accounting and payroll staff ✅Recruiters ✅ Quality reporting and data entry specialists You can read more on MGMA's survey findings at: https://lnkd.in/gT3qGmVb #RemoteHealthcareRoles #HealthcareCareers #MGMA
