Recruiting firm vs. search firm: similar but different. As a search firm we offer a more personalized, filtered and targeted approach than a typical volume-driven agency approach. This is nice for busy hiring managers that don't want to review hundreds of resumes. This is nice for jobseekers, when we have more influence to get you an interview and give you helpful feedback regardless of the outcome.
