Is my company the right one for this move?' 🤔 He had been working in senior product management roles for the last five years. His goal was to step up as a Product Leader with people management responsibilities, moving from delivering products to leading a team of product managers. Faced with his company’s ongoing reorganization, he was unsure whether to stay or find leadership opportunities elsewhere. That was the reason he reached out to me to coach him through this decision-making process and transition into product leadership.
