Jobsite documentation has evolved beyond just 2D photos. Modern projects need more to be able to manage the complex day-to-day. At the same time, requirements are constantly being re-evaluated when it comes to how to deliver a digital representation of job sites. 3moLooking forward to your may 23rd summit. We have a lot of work ahead of us in educating owners and developers on what to expect and the minimum requirements for documentation by the GC’s they hire. Being satisfied with an owner report showing only 4 boring photos from each corner of the site can no longer be tolerated. We believe and push for Drone Deploy panos and a photo report at a minimum. The goal is to get them to also require video and mapping. We will eventually get them there.
