How many of us live life on our highest frequency? ⚡️ For those of you who are unfamiliar with the term, it means being your best self, feeling happy and fulfilled, grateful for all the positives in your life and focusing on the things that bring you joy. With this semester of my collegiate career wrapping up I wanted to share 10 things that I learned and re-learned along the way: 1. Not Everything will go your way and some things are out of your control so do what you can. 2. Everyday is a blessing because you have some of the oppurtunites, gifts and privleges some could only dream of. 3. There are plenty of good people out there willing to help you, even though it may seem intimidating to approach them. 4. Good things don't always magically come to you, you have to go and earn it. 5. Life is mysterious, but all things, good or bad, happen for a reason. 6. People who take your kindness for weakness are in a really unfortunate position of not being grateful for what you do for them. 7. In our current age, it is easier than ever to become distracted. 8. Getting out of your comfort zone will eventually broaden your general comfort zone. 9. Never forget where you came from, the steps it took to make it to where you are at now and the people that you impacted along the way. 10. Gratitude is the greatest gift.

*I am grateful for all the difficult people in my life. They made me know who I don't want to be....!* It is easy to blame your lot in life on some outside force, to stop trying because you believe fate is against you. It is easy to think that where you were raised, how your parents treated you, or what school you went to is all that determines your future. Nothing could be further from the truth. *The common people and the great men and women are all defined by how they deal with life’s unfairness* . Sometimes no matter how hard you try, no matter how good you are, you still end up as a sugar cookie. Don’t complain. Don’t blame it on your misfortune. Stand tall, look to the future, and drive on! Life's setbacks are like falling into water - they can be unexpected and overwhelming. But it's not the fall that defines us, it's how we respond. We don't sink because of the initial plunge, we sink because we give up, because we stay submerged in our struggles. So, let's not be held back by our fears, let's rise up, let's kick against the currents of adversity, and let's emerge stronger, wiser, and more resilient than ever. *Remember why you started, and let that fuel you to finish strong!* See you soon on the top! When you have to put in the effort to obtain or maintain something, you gain a deeper appreciation for it. You're motivated to be self-sufficient. When you've personally invested "blood, sweat and tears" into something, you recognize its importance and treat it with greater care and respect. It’s a reminder that effort and struggle can lead to greater appreciation for the rewards that come from your own labor. Here’s a break down: - "Carry your own water": This suggests doing the hard work yourself, taking responsibility, and not relying on others to provide what you need. - "Value every drop": When you put effort into something, you come to understand its worth. You become more mindful and appreciative of what you have, especially if it's something you worked hard to get. So extend gratitude today to someone who has built something through hard work and dedication. Life goes by in the blink of an eye. It's too short to live upset, angry, resentful or ungrateful. If you look for the good, you'll find it. Choose to be happy, to be at peace. Decide that each day is going to be a great day and grab each moment and make the best of it. Refuse to let negative thoughts take the root in your mind and refuse to let negative people and situations drag you down. Trust your journey and know that if you make a mistake, it's okay. See it as a lesson learned and keep moving forward. Spend less time worrying and more time being grateful for those who love you and all of life's goodness. Just continue to live in joy.

Take a moment to reflect on the blessings and abundance in your life. Shift your focus from what you lack to what you have, cultivating a sense of contentment and gratitude for the present moment. Remember, you are not alone in your achievements. Acknowledge the people who helped shape your journey and show appreciation for their impact on your life.
