Starting Monday, February 19, 2024 the Metro Call-A-Ride phone system will be updated. From now on, there will be only one number to call for rides, cancellations, or customer service. Call 314-982-1505 and select the option needed. This change should shorten phone wait times. Call-A-Ride Customers are encouraged to update the numbers saved into their phones to this single number effective February 19th.
