Obesity in children has quadrupled over the past several decades. Scientists are finding that kids with obesity are aging earlier than those without obesity. Thinking about aging at a young age can extend our lives and most of us want to live longer. Stanford Medicine has been studying how creating behavioral programs for children can affect their aging process. One of the recommended improvements is playing more and less screen time which is probably not a surprise to most of us. https://lnkd.in/gzmzq2bh
