I had a #HR conversation recently, where I discussed trying #meditation to help clear the mind. All you need to do is just close your eyes and shut everything out quiet, for just 5 minutes (to start with) - much harder that it sounds! It requires at least a few days of practice to achieve a short amount of emptiness time (for some, much longer). This conversation got me thinking, as someone very passionate about #MentalHealth - why are not promoting meditation more in business? Clearer mind, healthier decisions - it can only be a good thing. PS. Took me 15 minutes to achieve about 2 minutes today... #rusty
