Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Proven experience (typically 6-10 years) in business development, sales, or a related field within the logistics and transportation industry. Previous experience in manpower supply and workforce management is highly desirable. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of logistics, transportation, and manpower supply chains. Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and market trends. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients and internal teams. Negotiation and Relationship Building: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market trends and client needs. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of status and milestones. 16. Establish an action item and issues register to manage outstanding tasks to ensure completion and/or closure. 17. Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations to ensure alignment with objectives. 18. Develop training programs and materials to ensure that stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use any deliverables. 19.
