The NY Team came together in support of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, which honors the lives lost, recognizes the courage of those who survived, and salutes all who risked their lives to help others on that tragic day. On Sunday April 28th, over 60 NY Anthem associates spanning over 15 different departments participated in the 9/11 Memorial & Museum 5K Run/Walk by either running, walking, or volunteering. In total, 30 volunteers helped by checking in runners, handing out T-shirts, cheering the crowd on, and helping cleanup after the event. We can proudly say Anthem had the most volunteers out of any corporate sponsor and were in the top 10 for fundraising. The day was filled with emotions, with our team sharing stories of friends, families, and loved ones lost. A reminder of what it truly means to be a New Yorker: resilience, determination, and compassion. Now and always, we honor the 13 Anthem family members that were taken from us. We will never forget. Edward Beyea, Vivian Casalduc, Brenda Conway, Elvira Granitto, Winston Grant, Cynthia Giugliano, Ramon Grijalvo, Lorraine Lee, Jerome Lohez, Alexander Ortiz, Ayleen Santiago, Angela Scheinberg, Abraham Zelmanowitz

Digital marketing and social media content creator. Neurodivergent coffee addict with oodles of personality and slightly questionable sanity.
This is why you should never underestimate the unseen value of your day to day organic comms. Your social media channels, your emails, even every time you answer the phone, are all touch points with your supporters, clients and suppliers. Do everything you can to make sure that they are positive, friendly and memorable. #organiccontent #socialmediamarketing #digitalfundraising
Fascinating. Two clients send out invitations to focus groups. One gets a 5% response. The other a 50% response. I wonder which supporters are most engaged and better prospects? Can’t wait to find out the results! #donorengagement #legacyfundraising #donorinsight #relationshipfundraising #philanthropy #legacygiving.
