If my wife's health continues to decline due to Anthem's poor insurance practice,  mismanagement and  inefficiency,  I will take these matters to any legal possible,  even if I have refinance my home.  To see one's spouse under so much stress because of your incompetence if heartbreaking and soul-wrenching. If only I wasn't disabled and the resources to sue or have a decent job, a lawsuit would already have been filed. As executives with the welfare, health and even the lives of your clients at stake, you should be personally ashamed of what you represent. Sincerely  Glenn Slaby

The worse company we ever experienced. No assistance in getting proper coverage information. A disgrace. Every representative have given different information and answers. The CEO and BOD should be ashamed of themselves. All they care about is valuation and ROT. Wish I could charge them for all the hours spent trying to get answers. The worse company we have ever used to provide insurance. Poorly trained representatives. Poorly trained IT and medical information coverage. Wish I could sue.
