These results are not a big surprise! Most of these issues affect also more basic analytics processes and are even more impactful when you move into #AI. In my past and current experience data and data related processes have been and still are unfortunately the most undervalued topic impacting digital and omnichannel. Technology and systems alone do not solve the problems even if corporations spend tons of money into these without paying enough attention on enabling data driven process and building a culture around data. Technology is the easyest part of the equation but doesn’t help to move the needle much forward as I have seen many companies with the best and most advanced technologies not beeing able to work on data effectively and efficaciously. In my opinion tech savvy business stakeholders should be in the driving seat supported by IT and tech professionals. My job is to help companies enabling this journey and making things work...
