To kick off Retail Fest 2024, our Chief Consumer Officer Taeressa Fawthrop hosted an engaging panel with Carlie Smith of Just Shear, Yas Grigaliunas from Circonomy, and Pier Smulders of Alibaba Group, bringing diverse insights into business growth strategies. In their discussion, Carlie emphasised the importance of strategic partnerships for expanding her business both domestically and internationally with a focus on customer experience. Yas elaborated on choosing partners who share a commitment to sustainability, highlighting how purpose-driven collaborations can significantly enhance both social impact and commercial success. Pier offered a global perspective on customer experience innovation, particularly noting advances in China.
