4moLove Claire Ebrey post Anthony Rossi MD, FAAD, FACMS as it is one of the more truthfully balanced Pride pieces I’ve seen. There is too much postering of all that a company does for its LGBTQ employees, but this seems to ignore the signals they also send which shows an utter disregard to all we experience in our full worlds. That’s why I like Claire’s approach to the business full ecosystem of people they touch. When companies proclaim that they need to stay in their own swimlanes, I want to ask their once courageous executives “if not you, then who” will work to bring us full dignity, safety and inclusion?
