I help build and scale AI & Data products with effective hiring strategies for Data & AI talent | Data & AI Recruiter | AI Product Management

"We're seeking an MLOps Engineer to be a vital part of our team, focusing on deploying, managing, and optimizing machine learning models and pipelines. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems seamlessly." Stating the obvious right? Thing is this is the start of 90% of Job descriptions (with small change for data scientists and data engineers) which are generic. Do you think this is exciting enough to attract the best candidates? Top organisations I have partnered with in the past treat their vacancies like a product. They understand their "ideal candidates" and build a story that attracts those people to them like a magnet. Your job descriptions are also your brand. If you read your vacancy descriptions and are feeling less than inspired to action dont expect future applicants to feel differently. Feeling overwhelmed with hundreds of applications with most missing the mark but not sure where or what to change? drop me a DM. P.S And if you use external recruitment services, make sure they are brand-aligned too and not advertising rubbish. #datascience #dataengineering #machinelearning #recruitment
