The ASHA School Services in Speech-Language Pathology team invites you to the second event in this series focusing on post-secondary transition planning for students with disabilities. Locate and reference IDEA ‘04 requirements for post-secondary transition planning. 2. Develop achievable, student-centered goals for post-secondary transition. 3. Describe the role of the SLP in post-secondary transition planning. Participants may earn 1.5 professional development hours (PDHs) for attending the live event. A certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the live event. Participants can track and use PDHs for certification maintenance.

Ophthopedia Update:BCLA CLEAR Presbyopia – Current learning evidence academic reports: The original BCLA Contact Lens Evidence-based Academic Reports (CLEAR), published in 2021, aimed to be a comprehensive review of the peer reviewed literature across a wide range of contact lens-related topics [1–11]. Papers from this first BCLA CLEAR initiative have been cited over 400 times in total, indicating that they have become an essential reference source in the field. Given this success, in 2022, the Editor-in-Chief of CLAE, Shehzad Naroo, approached Luke Stevens-Burt, CEO of the BCLA, with plans for a new BCLA CLEAR initiative on the topic of Presbyopia. #eye #Ophthalmology #CLAE

BGCDSB is using the Clevr platform for various requirements, including IEPs, IPRCs, Case Management for Speech and Language Pathology, Psychometrists, SEA Equipment and more. Clevr's capabilities enabled the school board to house data centrally, make it reportable for teachers, and simplify progress monitoring and calculations.
