Posture = Productivity! Did you know poor posture can decrease productivity by up to 20%? Research shows that sitting tall isn’t just about looking confident—it’s about boosting your performance. Good posture improves oxygen flow by 30%, enhancing brain function and energy levels. Plus, better spinal alignment reduces fatigue and discomfort, so you can stay focused longer. Translation? More energy, sharper focus, and a bigger dent in your to-do list. Upgrade your posture, upgrade your day. Your spine (and your productivity) will thank you! 🙌

This video explores the "loss of self" in flow state. We call this "being in the moment" in acting The quickest way for this to occur is to make it about the other person. Whether you are: Connecting with a prospect in a sales call Gathering requirements from your customer as a business analyst Listening to your scene partner onstage The other person is the where your focus lies. And when you take your ego out of the picture. Flow is not to far behind.

Why The Top 1% Harness Transient Hypofrontality. In flow, individuals experience seamless synergy between body and mind, fostering high productivity and creativity. This effortless state arises from transient hypofrontality, a phenomenon where the prefrontal cortex temporarily deactivates. This part of the brain governs self-awareness, time perception, and planning. When transient hypofrontality is occurring, tasks feel easier and time seems to fly by, allowing for prolonged periods of intense work without fatigue.

Here’s why your “bad posture” doesn’t matter. What little evidence that exists suggesting any association between posture and pain is inconclusive at best. Even if there was a definitive link, which there isn't, it still wouldn't suggest posture as a causative factor for pain. Pain can lead to poor posture and biomechanical alterations, not the other way around. Forcing yourself to stand or sit a certain way is simply not sustainable and above that, is not very important. Your body is meant to sit, stand and move in all the ways it was built for. The key word being MOVE. Considering that there is no conclusive evidence that suggests that the postures that you assume CAUSE your pain. No posture is inherently better or worse for you, all that matters is that you MOVE often. Your next posture is your best posture.
