Emotions... Whilst walking in the British countryside I got thinking about emotions. As a Life Coach, through my training, I learnt the power of acknowledging, feeling, learning and leaning into each and every one of them. Whether we call it the darkside and light side, Yin and Yang, positive and negative, EVERY emotion comes with a lesson. Our emotions are there to guide us, to encourage reflection and growth.
