What’s the secret to true job satisfaction? ☺ Our colleague Anna Oñate is one of a group of Sappi employees who has celebrated a special anniversary recently – for Anna, the 15-year anniversary of joining our team straight from college. So who better to ask for clues 🔍 as to what makes a great place to work? According to Anna, “Beyond the geographical and development opportunities most multinational companies have, at Sappi you can fulfil a purpose – by supporting the transition from fossils to fibre-based packaging.” That purpose – to build a more circular economy by making what we should, not just what we can – is important to all of us at Sappi. And Anna has more to say. “Sappi feels like a family to me, with colleagues and friends from all around the world with whom it’s real fun to collaborate in this mission.” Collaborating on that mission has taken Anna on what she calls an “energizing and rewarding journey” through the company from customer service through product management to digital innovation.
