If your furry friend has made a mess on your carpet, don't worry! First, remove any solid debris and use a blotting method to absorb any moisture. Keep blotting until the carpet is almost dry and the stain is gone. If the stain has dried on the carpet, moisten it with water and then apply a pet-specific carpet stain cleaning product. To get rid of the odor, you can try using white vinegar or a stain-fighting laundry detergent. For vinegar, mix 1/4 cup of vinegar with a quart of warm water and spritz the stain. Let it soak for a few minutes and then blot until the stain is gone. For laundry detergent, mix a quart of water with the detergent in a spray bottle, spray the spot, and let it soak for a few minutes. Blot the area and rinse with warm water. Repeat as needed. #cleanyouroffice #temeculabusiness #niceandtidy #nicentidy #cleanforyou #cleancrew #professionalcleaners #commercialcleaners #nomoredirt #safetyfirst #disinfect #businesstobusiness #B2B

We've all heard the advice: leave the washing machine door shut after a cycle to keep it clean. But hold on to your socks, this might actually be doing more harm than good. 😬 Here's why keeping the door shut can be a recipe for grime: 📍 Moisture Trap: A closed door traps moisture inside the drum, creating a breeding ground for mold and mildew. 📍 Musty Odors: Those funky smells? They're caused by trapped moisture and lingering detergent residue. 📍 Gasket Problems: Over time, a damp gasket can become brittle and crack, leading to leaks and repairs. So, what should you do instead? ✅ Open the Door: After a cycle, leave the washing machine door slightly ajar to allow for proper air circulation and drying. ✅ Wipe Down the Gasket: Use a dry cloth to remove any moisture from the rubber gasket after each use. ✅ Monthly Deep Clean: Once a month, run a hot water cycle with a cup of vinegar to disinfect the drum and remove any built-up residue. By following these simple tips, you can keep your washing machine fresh, clean, and smelling like a laundry paradise. 🧺👕💐 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗲 📩 🌐 www.sonrockcleaning.com 📞 (443) 413-5908 📧 Cleanit@SonRockCleaning.com #sussexcountydelaware #delawarecounty #professionalcleaning #delawarecleaningservice #cleanhomehappyhome #cleaningtips #ecofriendlycleaning #delaware #springcleaning #gymcleaning #floorcleaning #healthyhome #hospitalcleaning #postconstructioncleaning #residentialcleaning #commercialcleaning #cleaningservices #officecleaning #moveinoutcleaning #deepcleaning #cleaningservice #SonRock

How to Steam Clean Carpet To steam clean your carpet effectively, follow these steps. First, rent a steam cleaner from a grocery store or home center, ensuring you have enough time for thorough cleaning to avoid soap residue and soaked carpets, which can lead to mold or mildew. Second, use less soap than recommended, about a tablespoon per gallon of hot water, to prevent residue buildup. Finally, perform a mild acid rinse using 1 cup of white vinegar to 1 gallon of hot water after your detergent pass to neutralize and clean thoroughly. . . . #SteamCleaning #CarpetCare #HomeCleaning #DIYCleaning #SteamCleaner #CarpetMaintenance #CleaningTips #HomeMaintenance #CarpetCleaning #HouseholdTips #WhiteVinegar #CleanLiving

Bleach can be a laundry hero for tough stains and grimes, but using it wrong can damage your clothes! Here's when it's safe to grab the chlorine bleach: ✅ White Knights Only! ⚔️ Chlorine bleach is only safe for colorfast white fabrics that specifically say "chlorine bleach safe" on the care label. ✅ Stain Slayer! Bleach tackles stubborn stains like mildew, rust, or some protein stains (blood, sweat). Pre-treat the stain with diluted bleach before washing. ✅ Disinfecting Duty! Need to kill bacteria? Chlorine bleach can disinfect towels, rags, or occasionally heavily soiled clothes from people who are sick. Remember: Always test for colorfastness! Dab a hidden area with diluted bleach to check for color bleeding. Dilute and follow instructions! Never use bleach full strength. Dilute it according to the label and add it at the right time during the wash cycle. Not for Delicates! Avoid chlorine bleach on wool, silk, or delicates. #safebleaching #laundrytips #chlorinebleach #toughstains

Show your mats some love with our Step By Step Guide: Deep Cleaning Coir Mats To remove dislodged dirt from outdoor mats exposed to water or those with heavier foot traffic, a deep clean should be your first runner. It's important to keep in mind that coir bristles are quite absorbent, and excess water should be avoided. If your coir doormat becomes wet on a usual rainy day, be very mindful to let it dry before proceeding with any deep cleaning steps. 1. At the risk of sounding repetitive, remember to allow your mat to dry completely before you begin your deep clean. 2. Patience is a key first step to our deep cleaning strategy as hasting into the next steps can worsen the state of your muddy doormat and will definitely lead to a more resistant stain. 3. Follow our previous dry cleaning steps to commence with your deep clean. Shake your coir doormat and dig into its grooves with a stiff brush. 4. For more stubborn stains, use a small amount of cleaning powder or carpet shampoo dissolved in warm water. For optimal spot cleaning, leave your chosen product on the mat for a minimum of 30 minutes, then use a vacuum cleaner or the more preferred bristled brush to remove leftover powder and, most importantly, those stubborn marks. 5. To remove oil stains and restore your clean coir doormat, use a mixture of coconut oil, water and white vinegar. Blot your mat with the created mixture using kitchen wipes and allow it to dry out. 6. Pet 'accidents' are unfortunate but common occurrences that do jeopardise a clean coir. With the absorbent nature of coir's stiff fibres, you can try using baking soda to maximise the absorption of the liquid and odour. #CoirMat #WelcomeMat #CleaningTips
