This would have been a strategic move to get closer to our target customers: MDs and Clinics. Unfortunately, FMOQ (Federation Des Omnipraticiens du Quebec) recognized this value first. Their acquisition of Plakett wasn't just a business move; it was a strategic leap to expand their influence and services to general practitioners.
