"Are we too slow?" Said one of the CEOs of my clients after a candidate withdrew from the recruitment process due to accepting another offer after giving feedback on the profile in 12 hours. Right now, they are a Profitable Start-up company with a presence in 10 countries and still growing rapidly. I've been assisting them for a while, with 90% succession rate and a 5-day average time to fill the vacant role. Aaaanddd still asking if they are too slow while some of my clients take 5 days just to say "Thanks, We're on it". Give me a clear picture of how important is "SPEED" in today's businesses.
