Happy Friday - Question for my network: How long can you work effectively before taking a break? We often hear about the importance of productivity, but it’s easy to overlook one of its most effective tools: taking breaks. Research shows that taking short breaks not only prevents burnout but can actually boost creativity, focus, and overall productivity. I’m curious—how long can you work in full-focus mode before you feel the need to step away? And, do you notice a difference in your performance when you take regular breaks? For me, my golden hours are in the morning. I can work for longer stretches earlier in the day, and that effectiveness shrinks as the day goes on. Before lunch. I can go 60-90 minutes before needing a quick 5-10 to stand up. In the afternoon, it's probably closer to 45-60 minute bursts. Happy Sunday, everyone! I used to dread Sunday evenings 😓 , knowing Monday was just around the corner. But then I discovered a little hack that transformed my weekends: planning ahead 📆 . Now, every Sunday evening, I take 30 minutes to plan my week ✍🏽 . I jot down my top priorities, block out time for important tasks, and even schedule some 'me-time.'
