Are You Putting in the Right Effort at the Gym? 👇 We all struggle with knowing if we're working hard enough to see real fat loss results. Here's the truth: Start with lower volume if you're a beginner and build up gradually. But remember, the intensity of your sets is key to promoting results. The Issue: If you consistently undershoot your set intensity, you waste a lot of effort. You end up needing more volume to make progress, spending more time in the gym, and eventually having to add even more volume when you stall. ✔This doesn't mean you need to go all out on every rep and set, but make sure your sets count. For a small percentage of people, not going to the gym is so much better ( Are you one of them ?) Yeah you heard it right Not going to the gym is better . Only if you, Went through hell in your last gym session and : ---> Your muscles are still pretty sore ---> Your joints aren't recovered ---> Your whole system is too tired. In this situation going to the gym would do you more harm than good Your goal is to stimulate your muscles not annihilate.
