On Professional Dreams: How to "go beyond any of your wildest, 20-something fantasies": ✅ "Knowing your worth" vs "Working on your worth". ✅ "We can’t dream what we don’t know, and the world of “I don’t know” is expanding". ✅ The key is knowing the difference between possessing dreams versus allowing dreams to possess us. ✅ While we are all born with personal worth, we have to earn our professional worth. ✅ Following opportunities is more likely to lead us to new skills, connections and people. ✅ Opportunities allow us to develop new and better ideas of what our more mature professional dreams might look like.

I just got back from my vacation today and read this interesting article. I recently changed jobs and am enjoying my new position and promotion. I was happy at my last job, but felt it was time to move on. People Are Feeling Stuck in Their Jobs. Bosses Are Starting to Worry. Companies are trying new tactics such as letting employees take projects in new cities, letting some people apply for temporary positions on other teams and giving people fresh challenges. Few people are quitting. Few are getting promoted. So bosses are facing a challenge: How do you create movement within a company so workers don't feel trapped? #Careers #CareerGrowth

"Results-Driven Operations Manager | Driving Efficiency & Excellence ,Six Sigma , Digital Marketing"
The average tenure of Gen Z at a workplace is around 2 years and 2 months, which is significantly lower compared to previous generations. There are several reasons behind this trend: * Prioritizing career growth: Gen Z workers are more likely to job hop in search of better opportunities for advancement and skill development. * Work-life balance: This generation values a healthy balance between work and personal life, and they may be more likely to leave a job that demands excessive hours or lacks flexibility. * Sense of purpose: Gen Z workers seek jobs that align with their values and purpose. If a job doesn't provide a sense of meaning or contribution, they may be more inclined to move on. #hiring
