I am a big believer in having a theme for every event. It can be laser-focused or serve as a compass for your content, program, and all the planned activities. With different inputs and so many important topics to focus on it's easy to lose focus, and end up having too many items on the agenda that have no logical correlation 🤷♀️ Therefore, each flagship FLOW event has a theme!
