WHAT'S YOUR 'BEEF' ABOUT THE ASSESSMENT CENTER? Are you dissatisfied with the results of your Assessment Center? Generally, the Assessment Center has long been proven valid in terms of reliability, predictive validity, construct validity, fairness, and legal compliance. However, there might be minor assessment errors in the rating system. On the whole, assessment centers have consistently proven its use and validity in government and corporate assessments. If you have your doubts, you can write the CESB Director and present your evidences to support your claim.

Stop making ‘predictions’ about the expected cut off for the UPSC CSE Preliminary Examination. Instead help aspirants to cope up with the pressure by providing an emotional support, by asking them not to fall into the speculation trap and by advising them to focus on two very important domains- Ethics and Paper 1 of optional, till results are declared. Let’s have a more humane approach and not be guided solely by market forces. Remember, you were too an aspirant before.
