As a recruiter, communicating with your candidates when there are NO updates is just as important as giving timely updates. If there hasn't been movement with some one's process for a few days, a simple, "Hey, we're working on it, you're still a top candidate!" goes a long way. You're boosting candidate morale, and creating company goodwill. You can make this an email template so it takes you 10 seconds to update anyone in your ATS.
