Can I request you to consider what ten top factors you intend to follow so that you can collaborate (also no who is collaborating with whom), innovate (gain a head start by being aware of new innovations etc) and achieve success. I have setout below 10 factors I intend to follow both locally and globally. This is for me to keep pace with the national & international impacts I may need to be on page with. Some of these may be your’s too. Just try and write and monthly check whether you have kept abreast with the development of these factors. Top Ten Factors to Follow in 2024 for me. 1. Economic recovery - stagflation. 2. Presidential elections. 3. Sri Lanka Share market. 4. Availability and quality of Medical products & medicine. 5. Arrest in global development - impact on our exports. 6. Fiscal policy - property tax and wealth tax. 7. Brain drain in Sri Lanka. 8. Weather impacts on both agriculture and power generation. 9. Divided world politics - that may cause strain on agricultural exports (tea - the war in Ukraine and Iran getting into a corner) energy and global inflation shockwaves. 10. Artificial intelligence and global technological innovations and developments.
