Recently, a few members of our BWP team did a fantastic job teaching us how to make this rule come to life: 1. RELATIONSHIPS with people on your bus are everything. "People don't care about how much you know until they know how much you care." 2. Make TIME for the people on your bus. Take a break from things that are occupying your mind and time and focus on your passengers. It is important to have fun, laugh and connect. 3. LISTEN to your passengers so they can help you through the twists and turns of your journey. 4. RECOGNIZE your passengers for who they are as individuals and celebrate them and their milestones. 5.
