You should be more active to focus your normal shelf which it's effective to your performance, our market share and impacts to our business in there. 2.Have you ever seen competitor normal shelf? Especially Downy shelf it was over claim space in there and its reflective to our space and impacts to our business P&G fighting with us to against more shelf space now. 3.Why do Sunsilk so disgust in 7-11and Lotus's? And other brands also, like a Vaseline men& care, Comfort and else which It's not take more time to visit them, especially Big C Vaseline and Comfort were effective be number one in last time. 4.If you're stay at home, Why do you ask for to promoted? please send your answer to me within to home stay. Your performance, it was gooded enough to promoted to higher position it will be impact to normal shelf now. 5. How to effective the next step to action? You should claim to our old plan-o-gram to your customers because we paid for Unilever normal shelf and our promotion in there. You'll selective the best seller skus get more facing to against our market share in Big C& Lotus's and 7-11 before gain more market share of them.
