We are thrilled to report impressive achievements in energy efficiency for our client BNP Paribas Real Estate at 70 St. Mary Axe, an iconic building in London’s skyline. Through energy-saving measures, a total savings of over 1,600,000 kW and over £300,000 has been reported over the past two years. This significant reduction in energy consumption and costs is a testament to our expertise in M&E services and a strong partnership with a supportive and innovative customer. Absolutely thrilled with what has been achieved at 70 St Mary Axe over the past year. Very much a joint effort between Apleona CTS and the building's TSM, Martin Vickers, who together stripped back all the noise to focus on the easy and quick wins that would produce these amazing results. Phase 2 is not going to be as easy - upgrading the BMS - but we are underway and once completed will pave the way for the next phase which will allow us to continue to improve our energy efficiency into the immediate future.
