WHAT THEY DON'T HEAR is the click, click, click of high heels running behind the stage making it all happen. WHAT THEY DON'T SEE are on-the-fly agenda modifications and the coordination and logistics that make it seem intentional. WHAT THEY DON'T HEAR is the constant back-and-forth communication on comms to ensure the front of house and back-of-house are in sync! 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Sometimes it's a hug and a deep breath before the stage. Sometimes it's clearing the energy with palo santo and a spritz of rose water.
