Another highly beneficial routine to add to your lifestyle for your health and wellbeing is Grounding. In modern society and infrastructure we have completely lost our connection to nature and it’s core. We walk on concrete and spend most of our time indoors. Gardens are even being wiped out in place of concrete or artificial grass for convenience. We are energy. Nature is energy. We are meant to be interconnected and nature is all around us for our benefit but how much do we utilise this power? How connected are you to nature and it’s energy? It’s there to help and energise and importantly heal us. Grounding has so many health and energy benefits. Recently I’ve been making a more conscious effort to more frequently add grounding to my daily lifestyle. I know it won’t be long until it becomes one of my daily lifestyle non negotiables. My advice is to do your best to walk barefoot in grass and/or on sand at the beach if an option for you. If the latter is then also make sure to walk/swim in the ocean and gain all the benefits of that part of nature. Like I said nature is there for our benefit.
