We always tell brands to listen to their customers, and it’s essential that we also act on that advice. Our OnePulse Labs programme places valued clients at the heart of our product development. Over the past few weeks, it's been exciting to see a flurry of new suggestions and votes in our Feature Suggestion Board that will help shape our roadmap as the product evolves. If you're a user of OnePulse and eager to contribute, here's how: 1. Log in to your OnePulse account 2. Navigate to the "Support" area, highlighted with a question mark. 3. Click "Suggest a feature" to share your ideas and cast your votes. Your voice matters to us. Let’s make OnePulse better, together.

At Motive3, we often say, “Emotion sells and logic justifies.” Yet, time and again, many companies fall into the trap of leading with what their product or service is, rather than what it means for their customers. Imagine a tech company that says, "Our app features note-taking, organizing, and task management tools." This statement is factual, yes, but it's uninspiring. Now flip the script: "Capture your best ideas, keep your life organized, and tackle your to-do list with ease, anywhere you are." Suddenly, the app isn’t just a tool; it's a pathway to a more organized and productive life. When attributes and benefits mix, you get a narrative that sticks. It’s about making your product indispensable by showing how it fits seamlessly into your customer's daily life, making it better, easier, and more enjoyable. Product and CS Leader | Podcast Host | 3x Girl Dad | Lifelong Learner & Maker | Real Estate Investor | Human Centered Designer | Co-founder @Earnee 🚀
"I feel like I need one of those mob money counter machines...we need something better" Before creating Earnee my wife and I created a simple paper dollar system to reward our kids for completing daily tasks—rewards like screen time or movie nights. While it worked in theory, managing it was a hassle. We couldn’t keep track of balances, and the kids constantly asked how much they had, which quickly became frustrating. When we searched for digital solutions, nothing met our needs, so we decided to build Earnee—an app to simplify and enhance this process. Here’s what we learned early on: 1. Visibility is key – If kids don’t know their balance, they lose motivation to earn. A reward system only works when they see immediate value. 2. Ease for parents is crucial – If the system is annoying for parents, it’s likely to fail. A simple, accessible interface is essential. 3. Keep it engaging – Kids won’t just “do the right thing” every day. The system has to be fun and easy for everyone to stay committed. These insights formed the 3 foundation pillars of the UX of the initial build of Earnee, and we’re continuing to build from them to create a product that truly meets the needs of both parents and kids. #theprofessor #productmanagement #customersuccess #parenting
