🚨 Attention Colive App Users 🚨
I have some important feedback to share regarding my experience with the Colive app:
Despite having options for both veg and non-veg food listed, I've noticed that non-veg food is not being provided. It's misleading to have this option available without actual implementation.
During the sign-up process, there was no mention by the salesperson about maintenance fees being deducted from the deposit. This lack of transparency is concerning and needs to be addressed.
Unfortunately, whenever I've raised escalations, no expert has been assigned to address them. This lack of follow-up is frustrating and leaves issues unresolved.
I've observed unnecessary charges added to the billing invoice every month, which is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
As a user, I value transparency, accountability, and efficient resolution of issues. I urge Colive to address these concerns promptly. Failure to do so may result in raising this matter at the consumer forum for further action.
