Founder @PALOOZA | Lifestyle ~ Productivity ~ Startups | Turning people's boring lives into an adventure
In today's startup world, building is the real flex. Because every company now and then is overcomplicating stuff & not actually making money. Funding has been made cool. Business plans have been made cool. Fancy offices have been made cool. Being a "founder" has been made cool. BUT. Where's the real business? A company that has a solid product, makes customers happy & earns profits is actually crushing it. There is no jargon. Just making money & adding value in people's life. #startup #founder #success #money

Building a startup isn’t glamorous. Founders showing only the cool side should also share their struggles. This honesty provides real support to followers, showing them they’re not alone. One of the reasons many startups fail early is because the glamorous facade is demotivating. Let’s break the illusion and share our real journeys. Your honesty can inspire others to keep going. #startup #team #growth #help

Learn how early stage VCs evaluate your startup! I frequently get the same questions and I wanted to answer questions I had myself and for other founders. I decided to write this series to help codify my thoughts and help other early stage founders understand the decision-making process. Thank you to Rachel ten Brink Andrew Arruda John O'Brien Charlie O'Donnell Jeremy Epstein and others for both inspring and helping me write this piece. #startups #vcs #venturecapital #founders

I Help Startup Founders with Growth and Funding | 2 x Founder | LinkedIn Top Voice | Angel Investing (Scout) |
Startup's Journey is Full of Paradox's. You can find yourself in one or the another Paradox throughout your startup journey. One such Paradox is : Paradox of Freedom / Independence. A Startup Founder begins his journey with a vision of being your own boss. or The dream to build something on his own terms. Founders seek autonomy, away from the constraints of traditional employment. However, this independence comes with a twist. As the startup grows, its dependency on investors, board, customers, and market trends also grows. And the Founders have now new bosses which are even more brutal than the one's you find in corporates. This paradox lies in the realization that the pursuit of complete independence in a startup often leads to new forms of dependency. Have you ever found yourself trapped in one such Paradoxes? Do let me know in the comment. #startup #startuplife #founderjourney #founder #cofounder

The Siren’s Call: The Startup Struggle … Startup founders, I admire you! You shake the lines, and you fight daily to impose your vision! Not easy when we know 90% of the startups will not survive the first 5 years. Many reasons for that, among them: the lack of focus. “ Less but exceptional” Having the privilege of guiding startups in their daily strategies, a recurring theme emerges—the eagerness to please clients often leads to a lack of focus. The temptation to develop new features for a single client, with hopes of a substantial future sale. "In a year, this customer will become my primary reference and a substantial revenue stream.”. Ok but, how do you ensure that your startup will survive and thrive over the next 12 months?" Creating bespoke functionalities for individual clients can result in a product landscape as diverse as the client base itself. Without a central product backbone, the startup loses its identity. Try to maintain a strong product core! A focused approach ensures a streamlined product, a clear market positioning, and a resilient foundation for growth. Less, but exceptional. It's not just a product strategy; it's the lifeline of a startup. #StartupInsights #FocusOnFocus #StartupSuccess #ProductStrategy #EntrepreneurshipJourney

CEO at MicraSol & Tameta Tech | Every Startup has a story and I help you write yours in the language of technology and innovation.
When you hear a startup pitch, you usually react in one of two ways: 1) You smile and think, "Wow, they're solving an interesting problem in a fun way." or 2) You feel confused and ask, "Why does this product even exist? Who needs this?" Startups don't exist because there's no other way to reach their goals. Instead, they offer a more enjoyable and engaging way to do things that people already do. Customers will be attracted to your product if it brings fun and joy. But the big question is, "Where do fun and joy come from?" "Who is responsible for adding these lively qualities to the product?" To be continued... #startup #fun #success #growth

3 most important decisions in startup founders life are...🧙🎯 I've seen startup founders face three big decisions that can make or break their journey: 1. Picking the Right Team: Like assembling a superhero squad, founders need co-founders who share their vision and skills. 2. Defining the Mission: Startups need a clear purpose to guide every move they make. It's like their North Star. 3. Making Big Moves: Founders must be ready to pivot when needed, secure important investments, and decide when to keep going or change direction. These choices aren't just options; they're like crossroads that shape the future of a startup. By making smart decisions, founders can set themselves up for success in the wild world of entrepreneurship. 🌟 #startups
