I love these values, they mirror almost perfectly with mine and my firm's. People can usually pick up when someone is not being authentic/genuine. Anyone in business giving the same pre-rehearsed "pitch" to everyone they meet without actively listening to the other person to understand their personal experiences and assess their true needs, concerns, etc. is doing themselves a disservice.
