One experiment changed everything for us. Our first experiment many years ago was having our players dance during a game. At first it was a huge challenge to get our players to buy in. Of course, and understandably so, they were ballplayers and not dancers. But once they saw the fans reaction and all the support, they jumped on it. That one experiment led to developing the Banana Nanas Senior Citizen Dance team, that then led to our breakdancing coach and then to our Dancing Umpire Vincent Chapman and finally our players doing dances in the middle of the game before pitches. It has brought so much attention and yes, it has also brought some criticism. But if you are not getting criticized you are playing it too safe. Now to this day, we try 10-15 brand new things during every game and most fail but a few, like the players dancing, create more fans that we ever could imagine. What's the one experiment you can do to create fans?
