On this special occasion of Father's Day, let us acknowledge the significance of fathers in our lives. I greatly miss mine. Although none possess perfection, they embody the essence of role models and mentors especially for boys. As an imperfect father myself, I have gleaned invaluable insights about my own identity and the crucial role of the familial unit as a profound school of life. In contemporary times, fathers often endure unjustly labels as 'deadbeat dads'. I know some are, but many aren’t. As a society, we must reflect on how we can foster inclusivity and cultivate a collective ambition for giving back. Let us hope that mothers and sisters especially can help recognize the latent potential within their sons and brothers to become exemplary fathers in the future. I know the importance of such support. Fathers can be a vital force in harmonizing society, paving the way for shared prosperity and growth. Let's help them get there. #Fatherhood #EveryoneHasAPurpose #MutualProsperity

Fathers stand a continuous risk of been absent from the lives of their children. In a study conducted by the academy, it was discovered that a child who leaves home at eighteen years spends about three years (36 months) physically with the father which is four hours daily. The time varies with city and work culture. That is about 16.6% of the time such a child spends at home. Fathers need to be deliberate so these times of physical togetherness can count or else it will just pass without any appreciable level of connection. The time is shorter for children who leave for boarding school in JSS 1. If fathers are not deliberate about connecting, our children will leave home unprepared and that will surely affect them negatively in later years and ultimately the society. Come Sunday 30th June, 2024, I shall be speaking on the topic MAXIMIZING FAMILY TIME at a Fatherhood Summit (Please see flier for more details) We shall look at how fathers can maximize this season of their lives. At Value Added Fatherhood Academy VAFA we are committed to restoring the dignity of fatherhood.

What are the Educational, Health, or Economic Benefits to these Players and their Families for that kids uncompensated participation in any additional “NON-SCHOLARSHIP” private third-party postseason football games that pay the Universities and the Conferences for the use of their free labor to put on these highly profitable Bowl events. The answer is ZERO! These additional 1-5 POSTSEASON games are also above the Players’ 12 game athletic scholarship agreement? Our Proposal offers Major Benefits in all three Categories to the Players and their Families! Scholarship Football Players are owed Hundreds of Millions of dollars from this year’s Media contract that uses these Players’ Name, Image, and Likeness NIL without any equitable financial consideration to the Players or their Families! This lost Money could have a major impact on these Players lives, the lives of their current and future family members for generations? We do not support, or agree with the House vs NCAA Settlement or the current covert attempts to extend and expand this Antitrust exploitation of our young (mostly minority) FB & BB Players' labor that the US Supreme Court and Federal District Court have recently struck down as illegal and implausible.
From all of us at Wites & Rogers, we want to wish you all a #HappyFathersDay! 👔 Today, we honor the incredible fathers who give their all and leave a lasting impact in our lives. #ThankYouDads #FathersDay #Dads

At Fathers' UpLift, we witness daily the profound impact a father's love and involvement have on a child's life. Studies and stories from around the globe echo the same truth: fathers don't just provide; they nurture, teach, and shape the futures of their children in unparalleled ways. Recent research underscores the unique role fathers play in bolstering their children's self-esteem and emotional well-being. A father's affection, distinct from any other, nurtures a child's positive self-regard and satisfaction with life, leading to a flourishing adult. Moreover, engaged fatherhood is linked with enhanced cognitive competence and a reduced likelihood of behavioral and emotional issues in children. Fathers, through their sacrifices, patience, and unconditional love, impart lessons of resilience and integrity. They demonstrate daily that their commitment is not conditioned by the achievements or failures of their children but is an unwavering pillar of support and understanding. Let's honor the irreplaceable role fathers play in not just the lives of their children but in the fabric of our society. By living for our kids, fathers forge a legacy of love, strength, and character that transcends generations. To all the fathers in our community: your love shapes the world, one child at a time. Thank you for living for your kids. Your journey inspires us all. #FathersUpLift #Fatherhood #LegacyOfLove #Parenting
