In our latest Apryser Spotlight, where we highlight some of our outstanding teammates around the globe, we’re shining the spotlight on Aristeidis Thomas, Team Lead EMEA, Business Development. We asked Aristeidis what excites him most about working at #Apryse. Here’s what he had to say: "One of the most exciting things about working at Apryse is the great collaboration and open communication environment we have created across our global team. I am always excited to talk to my colleagues in Canada, and it's also great to visit the Ghent hub to see how the EMEA experts are doing! Something that surprised me about working at Apryse was the trust among teams. By working together to conquer the same goal, we continue to build trust that allows each team member to do their thing to ensure success. This creates a positive environment and allows room for personal growth; thus, everyone thrives in their role!" When Aristeidis isn’t bonding with his colleagues in Canada and beyond, you can catch him exploring the world with Ollie, his furry companion. 🐕 Check out our page later this month for our next #ApryserSpotlight! #EmployeeAppreciation #EmployeeEngagement #EmployeeSpotlight #RecognizeEmployees

Big moves, tough talks, and zero limits, Team GORM's week was anything but ordinary! Chief Operating Officer Beatriz Gómez Moreno: "Back in Dublin, and it’s been a full-on week! Busy with events and in-person meetings , but getting to work with Mamobo every day has been the best part. Really excited for what’s coming next week!"💙 The Wideshot Programme Coordinator Ayesha Syeddah: "I'm in the era of using my voice - yet difficult conversations can sometimes make me question and reflect on whether I am fully trusting myself with speaking my truth - whether personally or professionally. I want to rebrand difficult conversations as necessary conversations. This week I had a necessary conversation - it was honest, raw and conducive. I know both of us walked away from it feeling lighter and better - which means an even healthier and positive work space." 🗣️🙂👏🏽#winwin Digital Marketing and Communications Executive Eilís Walsh: Puzzle pieces are coming together for my work to prepare for the GORM Gathering and what was once something I was nervous about is now something that brings me excitement. Every week I am amazed by how much our little company is growing and there seems to be no LIMIT! Automation has been a massive asset to my work too ;)" #WeeklyRecap #ProfessionalDevelopment #SocialEnterprise #TeamWellbeing #WorkCulture #Ireland #TeamSkills #DiversityInclusion #InterculturalManagement #InternationalTeam #GORM

We proudly present, our next breakout session speaker – Mattias Wiking! Title: CEO Company: Turborilla Title of the presentation: Maximizing Minions Output: Mastering Dark Arts in Workplace Culture • Brief description of the presentation: If you are not mindful and leading the creation of your team or studio's culture, the culture will lead you. This will allow unwanted behaviors and toxic people to thrive. Knowing what culture you want and working actively daily will help you not only to succeed with your games but also to create a great and joyful environment to work in. • What do you hope the audience will take away from your talk: They will better understand how important it is to work with the culture and have some great ideas on how to do it. They will also understand that culture is not something that HR works with and fancy words, but something that everyone works with and that affects the business. ••• Arctic Game Presents: Boden Game Changer Date: April 11th-12th, 2024 Location: Verkstan, Boden Business Park Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Thursday), 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Friday) www.bodengamechanger.com Secure your ticket today! https://lnkd.in/daVR3yQU Please note that the number of tickets is limited.

Looking back on an energizing & fun teambuilding day! Besides having fun, we also took the time to reflect as a corporate Talent team... 1️⃣ What is our DEME elevator pitch? 2️⃣ Is what I am doing on a daily basis contributing to the overall business goals? 3️⃣ Am I informing / consulting the right stakeholders at the right time? 4️⃣ Together towards admin simplification: Can I do something that will make our and others' life easier while maintaining or even improving quality? 5️⃣ We are all DEME ambassadors! How can I contribute? 6️⃣ And last but not least. One DEME, One (Talent) team. Let’s remember: teamwork makes the dream work…and let’s have fun whilst doing so! And linked to the latter...many thanks to Fien De Corte, Tess Bossuyt-Wendelen Andrei Dektyaryov Kyra Valent for organizing our teambuilding with such enthusiasm and dedication 🙏 #oneDEMEoneteam #DEMEgroup

Founder & Co-Founder. CEO of CROFTI: Business Innovation with AI 💡⚡CEO of Tribu: Artificial Intelligence for Helpdesk 🤖 CTO of Run With: Innovating Run Clubs 🏃♂️CTO of Pivot: Innovating Sport Bookings🏓 🤾🏽♀️
Day 138 of 366: Diving into the 6 Types of Working Genius 🌟🛠️ Today, the co-founders of CROFTI delved into the 6 Types of Working Genius model. We evaluated ourselves, laughed a lot, and even had some emotional moments, but it all made a lot of sense and led to several ah-ha moments, especially for me. As the CEO and face of the company, I've always felt the pressure of coming up with new ideas, creating the plan, and getting everyone motivated to buy into these new ideas. After today, I feel a big relief as, between Amy, Dean, and myself, we now know exactly where our skills and passions lie, and creating the new ideas and plan to go along with it is not my strength! Massive relief! For me, it's Galvanizing, Enablement, and Wonder. Here are the 6 Types of Working Genius: - Wonder: The ability to ponder and ask big questions about possibilities and potential improvements. - Invention: The ability to create and innovate, coming up with new ideas and solutions. - Discernment: The ability to assess and evaluate ideas and plans using intuition and judgment. - Galvanizing: The ability to inspire and rally others to take action and move forward with a plan or idea. - Enablement: The ability to support and assist others in their efforts to achieve goals. - Tenacity: The ability to push projects and tasks to completion, ensuring everything is finished and done well. We also took a deep dive into our Business Process Improvement (BPI) project, assigning each of the 6 Working Genius roles to specific tasks. This exercise was incredibly enlightening as we quickly realized that we had been trying to tackle tasks that weren't our strengths. This realization has given us a massive boost! We're now looking forward to implementing this process across the business, projects, and client interactions in the coming weeks. Stay tuned as I'll report back on our findings and outcomes! #WorkingGenius #BusinessImprovement #Teamwork #CROFTI #Day138of366
