It's been 30 years since the introduction of PDF, and one of the most common use cases still continues to be entering and capturing data using forms. Over the years, there have been two main ways to create #PDF forms to capture data — #AcroForms and #XFA forms. Both came from Adobe, and both have their own advantages and disadvantages. However, XFA has been deprecated from the PDF specification, while AcroForms remain supported - which can lead to problems for those sectors that still use XFA. In our latest blog, we explore XFA, its current use, and Apryse's solutions for working with XFA documents in 2024. Learn more by using the link in the comments!

Visualization of the machine's parameters is usually done on the control panel and that's how it should be. However, when an error occurs or some maintenance has to be done, the operator needs to go into paper documentation and look for the answers. With MAINWARE, you can create dashboards directly in your online application where interactive instructions, 3D models and service history are. Everything in one place. You don't even have to code anything in order to create such dashboards. Just add suitable widgets to the dashboard and build dashboards specific to your machine and its configuration. The best part? You can monitor these parameters anywhere from any device. #MAINWARE #machinebuilding #conditionmonitoring #OPCUA
