People on LinkedIn love to talk about how great they are, how they overcome some obstacle, or they make up a story so they can humbrebrag. it's all positive, uplifting, and full of winning. it's also not realistic. I've been taking L's left and right this week. L after L after L. That's part of the game people don't tell you about. They are weeks you get owned. nothing goes your way. I've taken fair share of L's in my career but this week is going to be special. it was raining L's. L L L L L L LL L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L There were some wins but this week is going to be an L week, through and through. always celebrate. So if you are like me, taking a lot of L's, know you're not alone. #HappyNewWeek Kehinde Hannah #sales #salestips #sdr

Celebrating Wins: Why Every Milestone Matters 🎉 Taking a moment to celebrate our wins - no matter how big or small - is essential for growth and team morale. At YarnnUp, we recognize the importance of acknowledging achievements, from the successful rollout of a Reconciliation Action Plan to transforming an idea into action. Recently, Cassandra and I spent a productive day designing invitations, strategizing a mass marketing approach through HubSpot, and implementing a system that felt organic and true to our brand. The result? A smooth process and an engaged approach to connecting with our network! The cherry on top? We were rewarded with a lunch on YarnnUp the very next day - showing that even the behind-the-scenes work deserves recognition. 🍴🌟 Celebrating isn’t just about a pat on the back; it’s a chance to reflect on what went well, learn from the journey, and fuel the momentum for what’s next. Wins, even the small ones, remind us of our purpose and help us stay motivated. They show the team their efforts matter and allow everyone to take a moment to appreciate the impact of their work. How do you celebrate wins in your workplace? Let’s hear your favourite ways to acknowledge hard work and dedication! 🥂✨ #CelebratingSuccess #TeamWins #Motivation #WorkCulture #Leadership

In an industry where there seems to be a lot of announcements/company changes, it is very reassuring when your CEO has the courage to publicly state their commitment to their Brand Patners. If you are in direct sales or thinking about it, highly recommend reading his open letter here: https://lnkd.in/g7i7K6Yg #Neora #DirectSales #OpenLetter #CEO

Do you celebrate your wins, or are you always focused on the next goal? In sales, we often forget to acknowledge how far we've come because we're too focused on what’s next. But taking a moment to reflect on and celebrate accomplishments—no matter the size—can have a huge impact on your team. People thrive when they feel recognized and appreciated. Remember, it's not just about the outcome; it's about recognizing the effort and progress. Make celebration part of your team's culture and inspire your team to repeat their wins! #SalesSuccess #TeamMotivation #CelebrateSuccess #SalesManagement

Thanksgiving marked my second anniversary with Glia, which is very fitting because this company has given me so much to be grateful for. When I started at Glia, imposter syndrome was so real. I was surrounded by talented marketers, sales executives, engineers, designers, leaders, and beyond. Even with the strenuous and competitive hiring process, I thought, "uh-oh, I think they've made a mistake!" But Jenn Parrino and 🚀 John Fernandez knew what I had in me, and they gave me the confidence and runway to prove it. I have stretched my marketing wings farther than I knew was possible spanning from improving my overall campaign orchestration, diving headfirst into partner marketing and relationship building, working strategically with content syndication, to completely owning pipeline for one of our emerging markets. If not for the support of my leaders, the constant cheering on from other incredibly talented colleagues, and the right tools available to make things happen, I would have fallen flat on my face. I can't express enough the importance of company culture--open dialogue, transparency throughout the organization, and access to anyone (and I mean anyone) within the company--as being the key to success. To my right hand man, Ryan Baillargeon, wow, I couldn't do it without. And to my fearless, powerhouse women leaders, Jenn Parrino and Rebecca Martin, thank you. Here's to growth, success, and many more years at Glia. 🚀 (Pictured: The OG demand JENN team. Speaking of talented colleagues, don't get me started on Federico Pérez Guzmán 🤯) #anniversary #growth #companyculture #glia #customerexperience #marketing #success #ai
