🚪🔧 Proving the Criticality of a Door Handle in Simulation 🔍 A few months back, our team received a door handle part from a customer that needed to be proved in simulation, a crucial component to be proved. We undertook the challenge to prove this part through a series of operations: 1. Draw 2. Restrike 3. Pierce & Side Trim 4. Negative Forming 5. Cam Trim Initially, we faced issues with blank marking on the part. To resolve this, we introduced additional operations. After meticulous efforts, our simulations matched 100% with the actual part.
