Our company town hall event is tomorrow. It’s exciting to see and hear the plans for our company as we continue forward in our drive to success. I like to say that Raydia Food Group is a young company with 175 years behind it. This is also a time to remember and celebrate the unwavering dedication that defines each and every one of us. In the world of business, success is not merely measured by the numbers on a balance sheet or the accolades on a resume. It's measured by the depth of our commitment, the sacrifices we make, and the resilience we demonstrate in the face of adversity. We all know the feeling of waking up with a heavy heart or battling through illness, yet dragging ourselves out of bed to fulfill our responsibilities. It's the late nights spent poring over spreadsheets, the weekends sacrificed for the sake of a project deadline, and the moments when we put the needs of our team above our own. But why do we do it? Why do we push ourselves beyond our limits, endure sleepless nights, and make personal sacrifices for the sake of our work? Because we believe in something greater than ourselves. Because we are driven by a passion to succeed, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to make a difference in the world. We understand that success is not handed to us on a silver platter. It's earned through hard work, perseverance, and an unwavering dedication to our craft. It's about showing up, day in and day out, even when the odds are stacked against us. This week, we hosted a virtual all-staff meeting at D'Ieteren, and I couldn't be more proud of the incredible teamwork and engagement from everyone involved. 10 of our talented colleagues took the stage, while another 10 worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly. We spent an hour discussing key topics and answering live questions from our colleagues. It was truly inspiring to see hundreds of you online, actively participating and sharing your thoughts. This event was a fantastic way to wrap up the first semester of the year, and it's clear that this won't be the last time we come together like this. Thank you to everyone who made this possible and to all who joined us. Here's to many more successful and collaborative sessions ahead!
